O&M Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Undertake the pre-sales support and project delivery of critical projects successful;
2) Lead the O&M of important and strategic projects; able to perceive and lead customers' need;
3) Strategically support the long-term steady development of RNO&RNP Market;
4) Responsible for providing pre-planning, radio planning and optimization services for system customers for GSM/CDMA/UMTS O&M;
5) Responsible for O&M Project in Brazil

REQUIREMENTS
1) Possess strong leadership, team building and cross-cultural communication abilities;
2) Acquire end-to-end project management experience;
3) Perceive and implement the Company's project management plan, develop the Company's project management system and set project management mode suitable for practical criteria;
4) Develop high-level courses on project management and responsible for the training and coaching of senior level project managers;
5) Able to communicate with middle to high-level customers.
6) 5 years experience in O&M projects with operators or vendors;
7) Fluency in English and Portuguese;
8) Strong Knowledge O&M PROJECT;
